This policy explains what personal information Palm Coast Beach Vacations ("we", "us") collects through palmcoastbeachvacations.com and our booking pages at stays.palmcoastbeachvacations.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you book a stay or send an enquiry, our booking system asks for your name, email address, phone number, your dates and number of guests, and payment details. Card details are entered into the booking system’s secure payment form and are not stored on this website.

When you order beach gear, we ask for your name, email address, stay dates and the home you are staying in, so we can deliver your order. Payment is taken on Stripe’s secure checkout page, and we never see your full card number.

When you email, call or text us, we keep what you share so we can answer you and look after your stay.

Information collected when you visit

Like every website, ours receives standard technical information with each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits and pages viewed without cookies.

If you arrive from one of our advertisements, we keep the advertising click reference in two cookies set by this site: pcbv_attr, for 30 days, and pcbv_gclk, for 90 days. If you then book a stay, we report the booking, its value and that click reference to the advertising platform, such as Google Ads, so we can tell which advertisements are working.

The booking, enquiry, calendar and review tools on our pages are provided by our booking system, OwnerRez, and load from its servers. They use their own cookies, and include measurement tags from Google and Meta that we use to measure our advertising.

With your permission, given through the cookie choice on our pages, we also use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand which homes people view and to show our advertising to people who have visited. Neither loads until you choose Accept, and you can choose Decline.

The beach gear store remembers your cart and stay dates in your own browser’s storage, so they are still there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How we use your information

We use your information to take and manage your booking or order, to send you the details you need for your stay, including arrival instructions and messages by email or text, to answer your questions, to keep our homes and guests safe, to measure our advertising, and to improve this website.

If you have stayed with us, we may send you occasional emails about our homes. Every one includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run our business, and only what each one needs: our booking system (OwnerRez), payment processors (including Stripe), our website host (Cloudflare), the email and text services that deliver messages about your stay, community gate and access systems where a home requires your name and dates for entry, and the advertising platforms described above. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How we protect it

This website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Payment details are handled by our payment providers on their secure pages, never on this website. Access to guest information is limited to the people who need it to look after your stay.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and order records for as long as we need them to look after your stay and to meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations, and then delete them.

Your choices

You can decline optional cookies through the cookie choice on our pages, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below.

Do Not Track

Our website does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. The choices described above are available to everyone.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Bookings are made by adults.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its date.
