You book with the owners, with no Airbnb or Vrbo guest service fee. Each home's price breakdown lists the rent, cleaning, our booking fee and taxes before you confirm, and that total is what you pay.
We do. We own homes in these same communities and manage a small number for other owners, so the person answering your message is the person responsible for the property.
Most of our homes welcome pets, with a set number allowed per house. Each property page states its own pet policy — filter for pet-friendly homes to see them together.
We deliver beach gear to the property before you arrive and collect it after you leave. Chairs, canopies, boogie boards, coolers and wagons are all available, including bundle packages.
Your arrival details, including the address and check-in instructions, are sent as soon as your booking is confirmed.
