Located in a quiet gated community, this beautiful home was perfect for our first family get-together as empty nesters. Our adult children came from different directions for an “all-grown-up” reunion, and with so many amenities to enjoy, no one had to leave for a thing. If you know how hard it is to keep young adults all in one place, then you know why that was the best part! The home was spacious, spotless, incredibly comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy their own space, while the pool and hot tub became our favorite place to gather, laugh, and catch up. And for this mama, sipping early-morning coffee on the balcony while all her “babies” were still asleep was pure bliss! Just steps from the home, a little path leads to gorgeous Cinnamon Beach, which made the entire stay feel like our own little paradise. The hosts were responsive, warm, and friendly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would gladly recommend this home to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway. It truly was the perfect home away from home, and the memories we made there as a family will always be treasured!

Spacious, beautiful, and stocked with everything we needed for our “all-grown-up-and-out-of-the-house” family reunion with our children.. and their grandparents even stopped by! Everyone had plenty of room and their own space. It truly was the perfect home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Hosts were prompt and very friendly.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and in a lovely, quiet community. The location was perfect — so close to the beach and pools, which made it incredibly convenient and relaxing for our family. We just wrapped up an incredible week at this beach house, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this was a well-maintained, thoughtfully designed property that prioritizes comfort and convenience. The beach access was one of the biggest highlights — a direct sidewalk from the back door leads straight to the sand, making it effortless to go back and forth all day. No lugging gear across streets or long walks. The private pool was perfect — spacious, clean, and just the right temperature for cooling off after beach time. Inside, the house was spotless and extremely comfortable. Every bedroom featured a king-sized bed (which made sleeping arrangements easy and luxurious), and the giant TVs in every room were a fantastic bonus for evening downtime or rainy afternoons. The layout flowed beautifully, and the whole place felt like a true home away from home. Location-wise, this property is unbeatable. It’s a short walk to the neighborhood pools, bar, and grill, which became our go-to spot for casual evenings. Publix is literally a five-minute drive away, making grocery runs quick and painless. Everything felt extremely convenient without sacrificing that peaceful beach vibe. We also had an amazing time surf casting right near the house and caught a ton of fish — the area is clearly great for fishing enthusiasts. This was hands-down one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and packed with thoughtful amenities. We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless. This is the 4th house we’ve stayed at at Hammock Beach and it was by far the cleanest and most comfortable. House was well stocked with everything needed to for our stay. Kitchen appliances, pots and pans, were all very nice. Furniture was clean and comfortable. We had 3 families and the set up of this home was perfect. Communication was always fast and thorough. We will definitely stay again.

Everyone on the property is pleasant and I feel it is safe for my teenagers to run around. This is our second year staying and will be back next year. The house has plenty of room and with the open floor plan makes large groups able to socialize comfortably.

I have been coming to Ocean Hammock for fifteen years and have stayed at multiple different homes/condos. This was our first time at David’s home and it did not disappoint. David’s assistance and communication was excellent and the location of the home to the beach was one of the best with a beautiful lake view. The home was beautiful and very clean and gave us everything we could have wanted and more.

We are regular visitors to Palm Coast and were so glad to find David’s home at Cinnamon Beach. The property is private, secure, and located in a gated community, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself is spacious, with a great kitchen, a private pool, and just a short walk to the beach, perfect for relaxation. We especially appreciated the thoughtful toddler-friendly amenities, including a high chair, splash pad and a gate for the stairs. The air conditioning and water heater both worked very well, which made a big difference for our comfort. David was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay, making the experience even better. Thank you, David!

The house was just like the description and pictures. It sleeps 14 and we had 14 in our group and we had lots of room! The kitchen is well stocked with dishes as well as pots and pans. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub behind the house and also the community pools. We spent hours at the beach which was a short walk from the house. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would easily stay here again!

We stayed at this house with 4 bedrooms that sleeps 14 people....there were 14 in our party and we had lots of room! The property is just like the description and the pictures attached. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware! We had a wonderful week together playing in the pool at the back of the house as well as the community pools. We enjoyed hours on the beach which was a short walk from the house. We had one small problem with the hot tub but it was dealt with VERY quickly!! We would have no trouble staying here again! Thank you!!

The accommodations were everything we had hoped for! Clean, spacious, with everything we needed and in close proximity to everything! There was truly something for everyone in our group - adults, teens and toddlers all had a blast! The beach was close, beautiful and peaceful. The private and public pools were heated and clean! What a phenomenal vacation home! We absolutely loved our stay here. The kitchen was the most well stocked I've ever seen in a vacation rental. The home was beautiful and clean and the owners were so prompt about replying to messages and accommodating every need. We loved the pool and hot tub too. There is quick and easy access to the beach, but the lagoon behind the house provides gorgeous scenery as well. We just can't say enough about our positive experience here! We'll be back!

This was a beautiful home only a block from the beach. The gated community was awesome and had a great casual restuarant by the pool. We were there for a sibling reunion and the house was perfect....plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The pool and jacuzzi were relaxing and heated for our stay. David was very responsive and pro-active in giving us as much information as possible. We definitely plan to return.

Wow!!...This place is absolutely amazing !,..for when you first walk through the door, you'll know that this place maintained with the guest in mind. The house had that relaxed home feel to it, along with the spoiling of luxury that you would expect in a place like Cinnamon Beach. David's place and his vacation professionals went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! The pool and hot tub where so nice and warm and cozy, great place to unwind after a day on the beach, and the huge kitchen along with the super comfy family room upstairs, made for a great place to cook, play video games, and chit chat while making dinner, along with all the views of the resort and lake,...it was perfect! We definitely will be using David and his staff from this point forward,..you never get this level of service very often. This is by far a rental company that cares, from the details of the home, to the extra above and beyond way that they take care of the people staying there!!! Thanks so very much for EVERYTHING!!
