At the heart of the main floor, the kitchen makes cooking feel like part of the celebration. Gather around the quartz island with seating for four while dinner comes together on the gas cooktop. Double wall ovens make feeding the whole group easy, a walk-in pantry keeps everything close at hand, and the dedicated coffee station is ready for the first quiet cup before sunrise.

A bedroom and full bathroom are also located on the main floor, offering a comfortable option for anyone who prefers to skip the stairs.
