We had a wonderful stay! The host was excellent with communication—very responsive, helpful, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach and essentially beachfront, which made it so convenient to enjoy the ocean. We also loved having access to the community pools. There’s a peaceful beachfront pool that’s perfect for relaxing, as well as a family-friendly pool located on the lakeside. Overall, the location, amenities, and excellent communication made for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great, and everything we needed was available. Communication with the host was easy and quick. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

The house and location were amazing! Three levels provided ample room for the whole family. The elevator was a life saver! The ocean was only steps away and an easy walk from the back yard pool area.

We had an amazing stay! The home was absolutely immaculate and located on the beach in Palm Coast. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed to feel at home. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The host was outstanding—extremely communicative, responded promptly to every question, and made the entire experience seamless from check-in to check-out. There was plenty of room for our whole family to spread out and enjoy our time together. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Palm Coast. We look forward to coming back!

Very spacious house, with plenty of room for 2 families totaling 9 people. Easy access to beach and pool house, with the comfort of a pool/hot tub on property as well. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked, but would have liked kitchen towels, some napkins, and plastic glasses to use outside at pool. Brought a 9 pound maltipoo who was able to slip through fence slats in back, so be prepared to bring a leash to tie up if you have a little pet who shouldn’t escape. Otherwise everything great-communication with rental agency was efficient and friendly, and easy check-in and check-out. Location close to a grocery store and good restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great house in Palm Coast right by the beach and has all the amenities you could want. House was well equipped for the stay and roomy for the whole family. David and his team have great communication and very responsive should anything arise. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My husband, three children, and I enjoyed a fantastic weeklong stay at this beautiful home! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, well appointed, and extremely comfortable; it truly feels like a home away from home. We loved the ocean views and extremely close proximity to the beach and the two clubhouses (one on the lakeside, the other on the ocean). The setting is perfect--the views from the home are gorgeous, the neighborhood grounds are impeccably well kept, and the ocean breeze kept us comfortable while we enjoyed time relaxing on the balconies. Finally, David was an exceptional host with excellent communication. We were sad to leave but will definitely return!

If you are looking for a clean family friendly place to stay I strongly recommend this home! The kitchen was fully equipped with stunning views. The decor was beautiful and the layout was functional and the beach (right in front) was breathtaking. We hope to be back soon.

My wife and I had a great July 4 week with our family in this home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the location to the beach access couldn’t be more convenient. The home itself is beautifully curated for the discriminating traveler, and David is a very responsive and attentive host. We look forward to staying here again soon!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! The home is gorgeous, very clean, and feels brand new. It was super spacious with beautiful ocean views from every room (even the kids’ room) and tons of natural light throughout. Beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach and the community pools were very close and convenient. One suggestion would be to add curtains in the rooms since the morning sunlight comes in early and makes it hard to sleep in, but we did love how bright and airy the home felt during the day. The first-floor bathroom had a plumbing issue and wasn’t usable for the duration of our stay. Plumbers did come out during one afternoon, and the rental company was very responsive throughout and handled everything well. They also sent Crumbl cookies as a thoughtful apology. We also noticed the first-floor elevator door gets stuck sometimes. Overall, a fantastic stay. Would absolutely stay here or with this rental company again.

The house handled our 9 with plenty of space. Kitchen is well equipped, we ate in all week. Garage has space for 2, full size short bed just fits. Great views from the balcony including a distant rocket launch on a clear day is just visible in the sky. Beach is a very short walk, basically the same as a beach front walk out. No problem with teens going back and forth beach and house.

Our weekend stay at this rental home was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens , beach chairs and a wagon, laundry detergent, an elevator and extra amenities that made the stay feel effortless. One of the highlights was how comfortable and inviting the space felt. Whether we were relaxing in the living room, enjoying meals together, or unwinding on the balcony with ocean views or at the beach, it truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed—small touches like clear instructions, well-organized spaces, and responsive communication from the host made a big difference. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to the beach. Overall, this rental made our weekend memorable for all the right reasons. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new, clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to unwind. We can’t wait to rebook!

Loved staying at this property. As of this review, it's just as advertised, a very new home. It's in a good lot that provides more space and privacy than other homes in the neighborhood. The home itself is very nice. Very well thought out layout. The bottom floor is all about entertaining, with an easy connection to the outdoor pool and hot tub. The middle floors is the bedrooms, and the top floor is the kitchen, living room and master bedroom. All of the beds and linens were great, and the kitchen was well stocked. The walk to the beach is 2 minutes, and the walk to the pool(s) is the same.

We stayed for a week in a stunning, brand-new home right off the beach with nice ocean and lake views. The house is located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and every detail was perfect. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, and open floor plan was nicely decorated. There is a nice pool and hot tub on the property and the gated community offers two gorgeous heated pools; one was a serene lap pool with ocean views (a 2 minute walk from the house). The whole experience was absolutely fantastic, and we can’t wait to return!
