We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house! Andy’s grocery delivery and golf cart rental were AWESOME and such a great added bonus to our vacation! Was so nice to have the kitchen stocked when we arrived and the golf cart in the garage! Both David and Andy, the house manager, were very responsive and made everything super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was so amazing. First off, the community is absolutely gorgeous and the beach was so beautiful. It’s about a 5 minute walk, if that, from the house to the beach access. The community pool areas and the gym were also very nice. The house itself was so beautiful, spacious and clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and having a bathroom attached to each bedroom was wonderful. The pool and patio areas were perfect and well used throughout our stay! The house is very well stocked. The kitchen has every cookware/utensil for everything you could need. Plenty of dishes for a large group. Tons of beach towels and plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, a wagon and styrofoam cooler. Basic items are also supplied like shampoos/soap/laundry pods/garbage bags, etc. Our group could not stop talking about how perfect this place was. David and Andy were both very responsive and great to work with. We loved the house and the area and are sure to be back.

We had such a great week in Palm Coast. David’s house was beautiful and in such a great location! The house was clean, spacious and close to the beach. Would absolutely come back and stay at this house!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We originally booked a different house. It was nightmare from the start. I called David and he was able to accommodate our family of 10 at the last minute. He went above and beyond. The house was beautiful!! The interior design made us feel like we were in Paris. We had a ton of space and even with our private pool we had access to two more beautiful pools including one that was ocean front. The house was also equipped with beach chairs that we were able to use. We loved it so much that we are coming back in Dec. If your family is like ours and you value a high end experience with a great price….this is your house.

We have stayed in Cinnamon Beach many times over the years and Family Tides is one of the best houses we have stayed at. Modern, spacious, well appointed and well maintained. The private pool is heated and perfect for young kids. The house is bright and spacious and has many areas designed for privacy on each level. The kids bunk beds room is perfect for groups with lots of kids and is huge and well built. The kitchen and dining area is perfect for large group gatherings. Laundry on 2 levels was a nice touch. House is steps from the community center and beach access. Beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards and beach trolley were all on site. Manager is very responsive and immediately available for concerns. We had a group of 12 and everyone wants to return to this house….

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We loved the pool and how easy it was to get to the beach. David was quick to respond to any questions we had and left clear instructions for check in and check out. I would definitely recommend staying at this location.

We really enjoyed our family reunion stay at this beautiful house. The kids especially loved the bunk room and had a great time playing in the pool. The beach was just a few houses away with easy access. Our host, David, was very responsive to any of our questions. Everything about the house was top notch and felt like we were at a beach resort. I would highly recommend the host and the house.

This property was the perfect location. 2 minute walk to the beach or you could stay and splashed in the pool. Grocery stores and bike rentals were vey close, there are miles of bike paths to take advantage of.More than enough space for when someone wanted to get away to read. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils.We were on the beach for most sunrises and able to watch the sunsets from the pool.

The beach house was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. Our family of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids) had plenty of space that accommodated all of us comfortably. The house had such a relaxing atmosphere. The lanai and the beautiful private pool are both amazing!! Everything was just perfect for our family to make awesome memories!! Since there were high rip currents the entire time of our stay, we spent most of our time in the pool, however the beach is a very short and easy walk from the house, .. . The owners and the house manager were all wonderful, so accommodating and quick to respond to any and all needs. Highly recommend this beach house!!
