Important Things to Know Before Booking:
• Driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles.
• The home features stairs between levels, but an elevator is available for convenience.
• Pool and spa are heated year-round at no additional charge.
• Self check-in is available using a keypad door lock.

Accidental damage waiver required:
$249 Accidental Damage Waiver
Each reservation includes a mandatory, one-time, non-refundable $249 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee instead of a traditional security deposit or large authorization hold.
The waiver applies to qualifying accidental damage occurring during your stay, up to a total of $1,500 per reservation.
You must report any damage to us promptly and before checkout. Damage that is not reported before checkout is not eligible for the waiver, and you may be charged the full repair or replacement cost.
The waiver does not cover intentional or reckless damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized pets or events, rental-rule violations, or damage caused by unauthorized guests. You remain responsible for excluded damage and for any damage exceeding the $1,500 waiver limit.

Guests have full private access to the home, including the pool, spa, balconies, and private beach boardwalk. Guests also have access to Cinnamon Beach community amenities including the oceanfront pool, lakeside family pool with splash pad, clubhouse, fitness center, and game room.

HOUSE RULES
So everyone knows what to expect, these rules apply to every stay, whichever site you book on.
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- Security deposit: processed by the host on the guest's credit card, or covered by an accidental damage waiver.
- No parties or events.
- No smoking.
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Pets: up to 2 dogs are welcome, with a $75 pet fee per dog. No cats.
