You must report any damage to us promptly and before checkout. Damage that is not reported before checkout is not eligible for the waiver, and you may be charged the full repair or replacement cost.

This is a great house for our family’s to gather. The pool is a perfect size for the little children. The bunkroom is adorable. Most importantly, the AC was eat to a very comfortable temperature for sleeping and hanging out on a very warm summer.

I've stayed in a lot of places but David was the best host ever. He was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was perfect for our family spring vacation get away. The beach is a short walk but we spent most of our time by the heated pool and the private backyard. I would highly recommend David as a host and this house for an amazing week away.

It was truly a wonderful property. They helped whenever we needed. The house was clean well stocked and we’re just so thankful we were able to host a family reunion. We had family that came from Oregon, Washington, Alaska, New York, and Iowa. David also allowed us to do a late checkout which helped with those goodbyes.

The house was great for 7 of us. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed a day in historical st. Augustine for some shopping and lunch. Layed by the pool and went to dinner at aunt Kate’s restaurant right in the neighborhood, it was very good and beautiful view. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly. Would stay here again!

David was very responsive, when we had issues with the door key pad he was able to resolve it remotely right away. Our messages were always answered within hours, probably less. The rental was clean and just as described.

David was a great host! He was very helpful when we needed recommendations on where to park additional cars and his team is very responsive. We had a slight issue with the code to get in, but his team immediately remotely reset the code and were able to let us inside. The location is perfect for a peaceful weekend but with close access to downtown St. Augustine for a great selection of restaurants and activities. There were plenty of towels and this included pool towels, which was very convenient! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Un sitio encantador. Dabid una persona maravillosa. Que está al pendiente de cualquier detalle. Las mascotas la pueden pasar Super bien y disfrutar junto con toda la familia. Realmente David es una persona increíble y que está al pendiente de cualquier detalle se los recomiendo a todos a pasar unas vacaciones relajantes y tranquilas .yo espero repetir en mis vacaciones. Solo que gustaría encontrar alguna sombrilla de patio para el sol. Ya que en el día es un poco difícil mantenerse en esta área por el patio. Great place! The location was nice, walkable to the beach and a short Uber ride downtown. Check-in went well and the heated pool was perfect for the time of year we went. The house was clean and all the amenities worked well. We had 10 people staying with us and 8 staying the night and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this place for everyone looking for a nice getaway with great location.

David's home was wonderful! Kitchen was fully stocked, pool was clean and warm, beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect! It was exactly as described with a .3 mile (5 or 6 minute) walk to the beach. We all enjoyed the Vilano Beach area, beautiful sunrise and sunsets! David was quick to respond when I had questions. There were 6 of us and there was room to spare, we had room to gather and space for privacy. I highly recommend the house and would definitely book again. Thanks again David!

We had a great stay on our way to TN. Very centrally located close to many attractions the area was beautiful near the water. Unfortunately we couldn't try the pool because of how cold it gets this time of the year. We will definitely be back again!

Our family enjoyed this home very much. All of our expectations were exceeded. The attentiveness, the friendliness and the hospitality that we experienced by renting this home is the reason why we will come back! The beach is walking distance, there’s a publix for all needs up the street and the pool is fantastic!
