We booked our week vacation at Beach Haven in Vilano Beach and the house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool and screened in patio area. The beach was just a short walk across the street and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after a day playing in the sand. The house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. It’s a short drive to Publix, restaurants or exploring the downtown district. We had two dogs with us and appreciated that this beach house had a yard for them and a fenced area in the back as well. Plenty of parking as well. We did not use the grill during our stay. Check in and check out process were super easy and the owner was helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this house and would stay again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Vilano Beach home! The location was unbeatable, a dog-friendly beach right across the street, plus an easy drive into St. Augustine’s historic district. The house was spacious and comfortable for our whole family, and it fit everyone perfectly. David was a wonderful host: responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful throughout. We loved coming back to relax after exploring the city, and the pool was a huge bonus. Every detail made our trip special, and we’d book again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area, you won’t be disappointed! 🌴🐾

Wonderful home, literally steps from the most beautiful beach! This house is in the perfect location steps from the ocean, 5 minute drive to Publix and less than 15 minutes from the historic area of St.Augustine. We were debating about staying here or staying in the historic Area. We are so happy to have stayed so close to the beach with a private pool. It was the right choice! The house had everything we needed, even beach chairs and umbrella. Thank you!

This was a wonderful house for our yearly family reunion. The pool was AMAZING and the beach was super walkable. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and two great restaurants are within walking distance. David was a fabulous host - this is the first host we've had that made sure the weekly pool service was tailored so that we didn't lose a day, which was so thoughtful. The house is just as pictured and super comfortable, clean, and stocked. We've been coming to St. Augustine for five years, and unanimously deemed this our favorite house yet.

This is just a lovely home! The pool and lanai are perfect for when the surf gets too rough for the little ones at the beach. Clean, well stocked and great open living area for my family of 9 to all hang out and have fun. It is directly across the street from the beach access. Also loved the 4 minutes to get to Publix right down the road and no more than 10-15 minutes to anything downtown we wanted to do. Would love to stay again!

The home is very spacious, clean, and fully stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The location is perfect… close to some great dining options, minutes to historic downtown, and steps away from the beach. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and perfect for quick walks with the pup. Our trip was planned pretty last minute, but everything was seamless and easy from the booking to post check out. The Host could not have been better… great communication throughout the whole process, easy steps to follow and very quick to respond with any questions. We very much enjoyed our stay.

David’s place is even better in person than it looks in the already-great photos. We booked last minute for a mini family trip to celebrate my dad’s birthday, and it was perfect for our group of eight. There was plenty of room for everyone, the beach was just a block away with easy crossover access, and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. We had such a great stay and can’t wait to come back for another trip soon.

This property was very convenient to the beach and it had all the amenities you would want. Kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to eat in and not leave. The beds were comfortable, love that we had TVs in every bedroom and even outside. Unfortunately, the other couple traveling with us was not able to make it, but the house was plenty big for two couples and some. The pool was a nice perk although we only used it twice. Loved how close the property was to Saint Augustine downtown as it was very convenient.The only negative we found in the house was the covered patio appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. There were spiderwebs all along the inside of the screen room and the nice wooden table outside appeared to be dirty and a little moldy. I only mention this so that the owner may be aware if they rely on a crew to maintain the space.But nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, and we would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had a perfect layout and plenty of comfortable beds. It was stocked well as we cooked at home most nights. It was a very short walk to the beach, super convenient. The super clean heated pool was the highlight of our stay and the floats and pool toys were a bonus. I cannot say enough good about the communication we had with the owner David. We made great family memories together. Thanks David!

Great house. Great location. Very communicative host. Pool was lovely after the beach and at night. We enjoyed opening up the back doors and spending time as a family in the screened area. The three amazing local restaurants was a plus. And, it was so much fun getting to those three restaurants via the golf cart we rented while staying at 206 Dream Beach Haven.

David’s place was a great option for our party of 7 and we would certainly book again. Everything was as pictured/described. The screened in pool area is great and the whole place is very spacious. We also appreciated that the pool is heated. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. We liked that this location was only about a 10 minute drive to the Historic District and you could walk across to the beach if you wanted to or take a quick drive to Ponte Vedra for shark teeth hunting. There was a coffee place (Vilano Coffee Shop) next to the Publix about 5 minutes away with really great coffee as well.

This house is fantastic and it really hit all the extras we wanted with vast amount of space, the wonderful heated pool and convenient beach access. The soaring ceilings in the living room and very well-appointed master suite add luxury for a very relaxing vacation. The master suite is the main feature. All the amenities make it an oasis. We hosted adult family members in other rooms, and everyone was comfortable. Even with cooler December temperatures, we all enjoyed the heated pool daily. Beach access meant crossing A1A and the hill through the dunes. The reward was a section of the beach that was almost private. What a luxury! The screened lanai was huge. This house had so many places to relax, everyone could spread out and do their own thing. The kitchen had plenty of equipment, both large and small appliances. The kitchen, baseboards and walls were exceptionally clean. The sofas around the great room TV were showing some wear, but were comfortable for visits with family and late-night movies. We easily sat 8 adults on the couches. The 3 car garage made packing up for outings stress free. We recommend bringing your own beach chairs and some extra hangers. The management and housekeeping generously accommodated an allergy issue by laundering sheets and towels in scent free detergent. Management always responded to questions and concerns. Thank you so much! This is a great property. We definitely recommend it, and look forward to spending future vacations there.

This house was a dream! Beach access right across the street - beach was not crowded just like we love. Stunning sunrises - our favorite time on the beach. Such a peaceful setting - home and beach . Loved the beach decor throughout the house. The pool and covered outdoor area were our favorite - lots of family time out here in early am and evening hours. This area is where we spent most of our time and was our favorite spot in the house - our furbabies loved hanging out in this area with us too. Master bedroom and bathroom were so spacious and amazing . The gourmet kitchen was awesome. Several dining areas and tables for family card games . So grateful that we were able to bring our furbabies with us as we always take them with us and look for houses that allow that .I cannot say enough good things about Dream Beach Haven . Truly one of of our most relaxing vacations and much of that was due to ease of beach access and the house that had a great layout for families and an amazing outdoor pool with lounging areas/benches to sit on at edge of pool and the covered seating area . Thanks for sharing this amazing home with our family !

The house was in a great location, close to Aunt Kates, Caps and not far from downtown St. Augustine...we ubered back and forth a few of the days so we didn't have to deal with finding parking downtown and it was never more than $15/$20. The beach access is literally right across A1A, not a bad walk while taking tent, cooler and chairs. The intercoastal is right there also to fish and we got to see some manatees hanging out near Aunt Kates. The pool was refreshing after a day at the beach, at night didn't have to worry about bugs with everything being screened in. The outdoor shower and hose came in handy to rinse off all the sand. The house has plenty of indoor and outdoor space for hanging out with family and friends. Owner and property manager were great, they were very quick at responding to any questions. Just wish house had come with a golf cart, we did rent one but just nice to not have to reach out to a third party for one and get that all arranged. We did go to Aunt Kates for July 4th fireworks and it was a really fun time! We had an amazing time and love Vilano, we will be back!

This property is incredibly spacious and comfortable- and about a 30 second walk to the beach! We had 5 people in the home for a week and could have fit 5 more. It met all of our kitchen/cooking needs, and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

From all the great amenities, super comfortable furniture and beds, kitchen with everything you might need, awesome outdoor living space, and the amazing location to the beach! Our family had a wonderful time! There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space for everyone. The house had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and comfortable. We carried my mom and step dad and the walk to the beach was short and perfect for them! We loved the covered pool and outdoor areas! We definitely recommend this house! This was one of the best vacations we have taken. The home was outstanding and the folks renting it made sure everything was perfect. Our grandchildren loved having their own pool to use anytime they wanted and we were able to truly enjoy them. It takes only a minute or two to be on the beach and relaxing in the sun. Our first visit to St. Augustine was an unforgettable celebration of a birthday and my wedding anniversary, made even more special by David's warm hospitality. The beach-themed home exceeded our expectations, offering ample space for our large group to relax and bond. It’s just a short walk to the ocean and the heated pool were added bonuses, allowing us to make the most of our time together. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable dining area made mealtime a breeze, while the outdoor seating and grill we will have to experience next time during a longer stay. The kids were thrilled to discover board games, books, and beach toys, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches that made our stay so enjoyable. My family and I stayed at this wonderful property for over a week and it is the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever rented. The house was immaculate and there wasn’t a giant to do list of things that we needed to do when we checked out. The pool temp was in the 80’s and the kids were able to swim almost every day. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everyone slept great. It was better than the pictures! We would definitely stay again! If you have any questions during your stay, David responds quickly and was so helpful with any questions we had.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dream Beach Haven home. The house was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. The outdoor fireplace was a nice touch. The location was very convenient only steps from the beach and restaurants. Just a short drive to historic St Augustine for exploring and enjoying the lights for the holidays. I recently spent a weekend at this beautiful house and it was the perfect getaway. This was our first family vacation in a while and I had been looking forward to it for months. The house did not disappoint. The master bedroom was amazing for my husband and I, the other bedrooms were just perfect for everyone else. My whole family loved the house from the open floor plan for us all to hangout, to eat, play games or watch a movie, to the amazing outside area with the heated pool, outside eating, and fireplace to relax next to. We also had our oldest daughters two dogs with us and they enjoyed the house as well. The beach is just a short walk across a road and downtown St. Augustine, which is a beautiful city, was a 10 minutes drive. David was very responsive with question that we had. Extra bonus was the price was very affordable for the house amenities and the size. My whole family wants to come back here next year.

This home is beautiful and fully stocked with all the essentials. The outside area is a great place to visit with family while relaxing around the pool. One of the most important issue for me when renting is the responsiveness to communication by the owner. This trip was Amazing. St Augustine is an amazing place with so much to do. The home is so close to the beach and so quiet and private. Just a few miles to everything in downtown, historic St Augustine. Perfect location. Every need is anticipated and provided. Every amenity you could ask for. Spotless house, great beds, amazing kitchen, living areas, TV’s in every room and out on the beautiful outside pool deck. We used the pool everyday of our trip!

My family stayed here for four days. The biggest complaint is that I wish I had booked the full week. By the time I decided to try to extend my stay, they were already booked up. Given how great everything was, this was no surprise. The house was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The pool area was fantastic, the pool being larger than we expected, the covered area was a nice respite from the sun. The table outside was a great place to play games and eat meals. The beach was an easy walk and accessible. Check in and out was very simple. Expectations were clearly outlined and standard with any place you stay. We will definitely book again for longer next time.

This property is amazing and the location is unbeatable. The beach is basically a cross the street. There are several great restaurants with ocean or inter coastal views you can get to in 1-3 minutes. There is a large grocery store 5 minutes away and, of course, St. Augustine is less than 15 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay very much!

I’ve stayed at a lot of AirBnBs and have to say this is the best yet! Having young toddlers, my biggest struggle is finding a place clean enough. This place was immaculate and felt like home. I booked this air b&b for my mom’s 50th birthday weekend celebration and was absolutely blown away by this house! It was SO clean, and even cuter than the photos. We had a wonderful , flawless, vacation weekend and a lot of the success is attributed to our vacation rental and the host! It was very clean and all amnesties needed were included! We have used many vacation rentals and one thing I can’t stand is when you get charged additional funds for every single “extra” offered! This place had a heated pool, gas grill, outdoor fireplace with gas logs on a timer, beach chairs and towels with a wagon to take to the beach etc. ALL INCLUSIVE which made our stay that much more pleasurable! Honestly we’d planned on doing some exploring of the city (even though we’ve been here several times over the years), but spent the majority of our time right at the house enjoying the additional accommodations and family time. We will MOST DEFINITELY be returning to this place and were EXTREMELY SATISFIED with our stay. The only problem was…we wish we would have booked it for longer! Thank you so much!
