Each reservation includes a mandatory, one-time, non-refundable $149 Accidental Damage Waiver Fee instead of a traditional security deposit or large authorization hold.
The waiver applies to qualifying accidental damage occurring during your stay, up to a total of $1,500 per reservation.
You must report any damage to us promptly and before checkout. Damage that is not reported before checkout is not eligible for the waiver, and you may be charged the full repair or replacement cost.
The waiver does not cover intentional or reckless damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, smoking, unauthorized pets or events, rental-rule violations, or damage caused by unauthorized guests. You remain responsible for excluded damage and for any damage exceeding the $1,500 waiver limit.

Overall, this property exceeded our expectations.The check in process was very easy. I got a text and we were in. This was very convenient because we got in late and just got right in and was able to get to our beds quickly.The cleanliness also exceeded our expectations. Every room was clean and we felt at home.The amenities were everything that was stated in the ad. The pool was SO warm. And the property manager came almost every day of our stay to check on the pool only. Also, the property manager took care of taking the garbage to the curb for us. However we never even really noticed when they visited. Also, I wanted to shout out the vendors that works with this property. We decided last minute to rent a golf cart to make the beach going experience better. They worked us into the schedule last minute. The cart was amazing. I definitely recommend.The neighborhood was perfect. Quiet and friendly. The experience was amazing and thank you for a wonderful week where we were able to fully relax and unwind. Will be booking again!

Absolutely everything you need for a great getaway. We could only get our busy family together for a couple nights, but the time together was needed. This was the perfect home that checked off all the necessary boxes. Very clean, open layout. Very nice pool . (beach items provided too, but we had brought our own) We would definitely stay again and would even rent from other properties if they have them on other beaches. The host was very informative and message us all the necessary information both before, during, and after. We had no complaints. A++++

We rented this home for our daughter’s graduation from Flagler. It was clean and well stocked. This property seemed to be recently redone (5 years ago?) and had plenty of space. We have a family of 5 and it was perfect. The location is walking distance to Vilano Beach which is amazing. There is golf cart rental if you’d like and the ability to do early check in which worked great for us. Thank you for your hospitality!

This house is one of the cleanest I have ever rented. The beds were extremely comfy. Very nice neighborhood & felt very safe. Beach is very walkable but also golf cart accessible & several restaurants are also easy to get to by golf cart. Wonderful pool which is heated. Nice big kitchen which has everything that you would need to make meals ( except for a pizza pan! lol) cookie sheet worked! There is a grill but we never used it. Nice coffee pot that takes pods & ground coffee. Starter paper goods plus they have a person that will shop & stock what you need. Publix is a short drive away. I can’t imagine that you would be disappointed in renting this place!

Excellent house! Extremely clean, comfortable beds & a perfect small pool. Nice neighborhood. We parked our vehicle & used a golf cart to get everywhere we wanted to go….beach & restaurants. A1A is busy & they are doing a lot of construction so did drive our vehicle to get to Publix. Communication was very good & one small issue was taken care of quickly! Just can’t ask for more!! I have stayed at many VRBOs & would highly recommend this place if in the area! Thank you David

Our family had a great time. The house was clean and true to the pictures show. Location was great as it was easy to get to Downtown St Augustine, to the Publix and to the beach. The house is in a quiet neighborhood so it was quiet overnight. Owner was attentive and gave great instructions for everything around the home. We would stay here again!

We grew up in Ponte Vedra but haven't made it back as a family in 20 years. This was a great place for us. In between St. Augustine and Jax beach. Everywhere we wanted to visit. The house was great and had everything we needed and modern. Neighborhood was quiet. The pool was awesome.

David’s home near Vilano Beach was a great place to stay and explore the area. Not a far walk at all from the beach and the heated pool was wonderful. The home is about 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The house itself was as pictured and clean. The one thing to note is the main bedroom is an upstairs, loft area without a door and you can hear most everything upstairs and vice versa. We had a nice stay!

A great, clean, and bright place to stay! The neighborhood was very quiet and cozy, and the walk to the beach was perfect - enough to get to stretch your legs a little, but not too far to be tiring. As soon as you walked in, you could tell the rental was both clean and cool, a relief after being in the hot sun at the beach! The fully stocked kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed. We didn’t need to reach out to the host for anything during our stay, but we were confident we'd be able to reach David if needed. He was very responsive during the booking process and leading up to check in, as well as letting us know the check out procedure well in advance. Would highly recommend booking this place for your next beach vacation!

We had a great stay in Vilano Beach! The house was clean, roomy, and perfect for our group of five. There was plenty of space to spread out and relax, and we really appreciated how close it was to the beach. The pool was amazing! One small suggestion for future guests—while the kitchen was well-stocked, it only had glass plates and cups, which made it tricky (and a bit unsafe) to bring anything out by the pool. I’d recommend picking up some plasticware if you plan to spend time outside! Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great trip!

Great place for my family. We stayed one night but it was peaceful . The security deposit didn’t make sense at first but when we arrived there were some damages already done to the property so I can see where that’s a requirement on this beautiful home. I made David aware and he was responsive and reassuring of the home. We loved the board games and had a comfortable sleep . We would stay again because everything we wanted to see there was about 10-14 min drive

This house on Vilano Beach was a perfect home-base for my husband and I to spend a long weekend with our college-student son and friends visiting from abroad. The house has plenty of space to spread out and is one of the cleanest, most well kept Airbnb properties I’ve stayed in. The beds and furniture are very comfortable; the shower water was hot; the AC, dishwasher and washer/dryer all worked as they should; and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and St. Augustine, and relaxing in the heated pool and in the house! On arrival we had a small issue with the door code, but David and his assistant were both very quick to respond to my message and we got right in and David set a new code for us. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Overall great property - David and team were wonderful. Very responsive to all questions we had. The AC wasn’t working when we arrived, but they were quick to send out a service company who came within a hour and had it up and running again fairly quickly. I do wish we could have used the garage since we were here for Hurricane Helene! The house had plenty of linens and towels, some supplies in the kitchen/bathrooms, and cleaning products. It was spacious and everything looked just like the listing. We had a great trip, thanks!

The house was clean well organized. Owner was fantastic at responses and very friendly. Able to house larger parties and was a great place for a bachelor weekend with walking distance to the beach, and a $10 Uber ride away from st Augustine. Overall highly recommend!

So peaceful and clean! We loved our stay at your house! It was centrally located and we have 4x4 so we could drive right out on to the Beach with all our stuff!! After a full day in the sun on the Beach we could come back to the pool and relax in the shade! It was Bliss!

House was exactly as described. Very clean, plenty of room for our family. Close proximity to everything. Home included lots of entertainment for the family. Lots of extras included. We did see a beach umbrella to use but unfortunately when we got to beach we found out it was broken. So our next beach day included a stop at Walmart to buy a canopy. Pool was amazing to relax in after a hot day at the ocean. We have never been to St. Augustine (we lived in Florida previously for 21 years) this home made our vacation a success! The house is within walking distance of the beach, making it very convenient to play there. There was a hose at the entrance of the house, which was nice for rinsing off when returning from the sea. The interior of the house is decorated with a surfing motif, and the living room provided a comfortable space for the whole family to relax.

Perfect family friendly beach house. Clean. Very peaceful residential area. Loved the open floor plan downstairs, pool and open garage. New outdoor table that seats 8 in the garage below and there are two additional chairs in living room for seating. The master bedroom is upstairs but there is no door to the room. Close to beloved restaurants, public beaches and Publix.

Our stay at Beachside Getaway was great. The house is tastefully decorated, neat and clean. The open layout is really nice. The deck off the living room is pleasant with some decent shade from the trees. The house is situated on a quiet road, and walking around the neighborhood is very enjoyable. The kitchen is great for preparing meals and has every thing one could need. The kitchen items are of a nice quality. The bedrooms were nicely appointed and the beds very comfortable. The master bed and bath are just delightful. The outdoor pool is perfect for cooling off and kid friendly. The wagon full of beach things was hugely appreciated and a great way to get the kids and stuff to the beach. The walk to the beach is on a very quiet street and takes about 5 minutes. Just one busy street to cross right at the beach, but not a problem. The beach is lovely. Our family had a toddler in tow, and the available pack and play was appreciated.
